in bleaching process two thing are taken care namely dencity and wax to be removed to increased the absorbency from 8. 33 to 22%. This called bleaching process.
the cleaned fiber in pre cotton plant is treated in the fiber pressing machine. The fiber is mixed with hot water and wetting agent and deliver round cake form based on kier vesseal capacity. The cotton cake is feed in the high presser kier for bleaching process for about 4 hours. After the bleaching process the water is removed by the hydro extractor and tough bleached fiber is treated in wet cotton opener. The dry fiber is pass through dryer and balled in bale press.
the bleached bale is finially coming to the finial end process called roll making plant. In this process only deside the cotton roll jig zack cotton, ear buds,cotton ball and santory napkin machine. The capacity of the blowroom is 400 kgs per hour so carding machine can be extended as whenever require as based on end product and production requirement. The bleached bale is placed in round bale plucker based on the carding surgical cotton roll out put, the whole process is sencronised,by sensor and pressure switch. Totally avoid the manuale operation. Only collection of the cotton web from the carding drum rolling and cutting is manual. The collected the cotton from round bale plucker is stored in the material feeding machine to ready to supply to the carding machine via chute . The pressure sensor fitted in the rectangular duct always allot how much grams of cotton need based on the mfm ready to deliver the cotton. The plc controled carding machine deside the cotton roll specification(50 gms to 500gms). In the same plant if we add the aditional carding machine ear buds and cotton ball can be made with additional machine. Since the surgical cotton is the raw material for santory napking mechanian.
